Mandelic acid is an alpha hydroxy acid used in dermatology, aesthetic medicine and peeling treatments.

The treatment lasts 30/45 minutes.

OUR ADVICE
Even though Mandelic Peel is a summer-friendly peeling, we still suggest to follow the same rules applied for the other peeling. We strongly suggest a strong hydration, also at home, during the treatment period and the constant use of sunscreen. It is possible to perform the layered application technique, but the professional must previously assess the client’s skin reactivity to the product during the first treatments. This precautionary test must be performed in relation to the fact that Mandelic Acid produces less irritation and therefore an overuse of Mandelic Acid could occur, creating a stronger effect which will appear in the following days after the treatment.
